Hi All, I am in the process of doing some due diligence on New Hampshire as a Potential Air BNB investment location.

Its a really cool cabin right off of Lake Winnisquam (a large/popular lake in NH).

I know CT, NH, and NY have similar programs I’m just not sure of the specifics.

In areas with heavy transfer tax such as NH, it makes more sense to do this than closing yourself and then reselling.
