obviously, it's important to note that any real estate agent who HAS NOT ENTERED INTO A BUYERS AGENCY with you is violating their fiduciary responsbilities to the seller.unless they're a "buyers agent" exclusively - then what they are doing can cause them to lose their license.even if the agent knows the seller and buyer...but is rep'ing both without disclosing that - that's NG as well.

@Rich Ng Thank you for the comparison with Massachusetts law, which is very similar to Seattle's.

Rich Ng - it would only cancel the eviction process if the tenant paid in full and prior to the sheriff placing the notice on his door.

i would start by looks ng up the assessed value at SDAT.
