Typically the first set of tenants I screen are the ones who end up in the unit due to prescreening activities like my application and making sure I meet them.

Open ended contracts, particularly verbal ones, usually end badly.

And the fraud doesn't end there.

Don't partner...it pretty much never goes as planned.

The agreement specifically allowed KeyGlee to use the End Buyer's EMD to secure the underlying contract with the actual seller... and to forfeit that EMD if the End Buyer failed to close.

At the end of the day, they're not looking out for your best interests.

Whereas tenants in nicer areas may end up sticking longer.
