There is the Experian Boost that adds monthly utility bills as credit and various apps and facebook groups.

Any additional mail costs $.50-$.76 depending on the size... so to prevent you from having hundreds of $.50 charges on your credit card, the default "reload" is $50 (you can set this to whatever you like in the app).Hope this helps....

Isnt it sufficient using apps like Stessa or Avail or Rentprep etc etc?

My main account has all the rents deposited and all expenses deducted such as mortgages, some utilities and an electronic payment app connected to the account to pay contractors.

After she gave me the numbers, I calculated the rehab to be around $16,000 which I was fine with.I saw on the app we use to track expenses that there were small charges for the rehab which I was fine with.

But, selling “cash flow” works for other industries, such as oil and gas production, music royalties, tv syndication rights, and probably some more I’m not aware of.
