You can have an email for each account and you should be able to set your phone up see multiple accounts at once should you get inquiries or messages.Just log into each account to make updates and price changes.

Properties with multiple ADUs are also ineligible for Fannie Mae financing.Did you see the Freddie Mac fact sheet I enclosed.  

Recommend you go back to square one, and really think this through from an owner's perspective.

Interesting perspective, but with how much abuse there is these days, I now understand why it's a good benchmark. 

Their attorney general website is like NO other in the United States when you have had to go look at multiple states like I have.

In North Jersey, buying is difficult from my beginner perspective with high prices, property tax, etc.Barrier to entry feels high in my area.

For #3, I see multiple properties being sold like this, not $30k; but $200k properties being sold at tax deed auctions for $50k-75k#4 - I don't see how this could be realistic, how would someone have time or money to visit every single property in person especially when participating in multiple auctions across the state?

Because instead of collecting one rent check per month, you’re collecting multiple payments from different tenants.
