@Kevin Carpenter  When you view the property and if tenants are there, you can also ask them how much they pay, which is usually pretty informative.

It IS much tougher to invest in the UK if you are going to flip for several reasons: 1.)

You need a BASE of knowledge to have a basis to understand the above.  

BUT it will be MUCH more complicated and therefore expensive than a traditional exchange.
