Neither that course, nor City Park are really all that great, using that space for a true park is, in my view, a great move for the city. 

We simply include the tax on the invoice sent to guests, which makes it easier to track and ensures we're covered for tax purposes at the end of the year.For Chicago, I’d recommend checking directly with the city’s tax office or a CPA, but generally, you’ll need to register with the city, collect the hotel tax from guests, and remit it on a regular schedule (likely monthly or quarterly).

Each property comes with its own set of risks and every investor must understand those risks and do the minimum - get 3rd party inspections, 3rd party appraisals, verify rents, jobs  and crime rates at city-data.com - before buying.

. - You can get more units in the City of Detroit, but you will need to understand the City's demographics or you'll get taken advantage of.City of Detroit has 183+ residential Neighborhoods.

Our city holds a lot of hidden gems.

However, what is far more important for financial freedom is the location/city where you invest.The city where you invest is far more important than the current interest rate.

Anyone have any experiencing getting the city/utlities company to add separate meters?
