Misplaced bias is an affliction opportunists jump on!!!

We have a sales tax number You Dent / stain / break / misplace etc, you buy it.Someone just left two dents on a nice refrigerator and a lot of nicks on an antique.

No "its in the mail" or "I gave it to you, you must have misplaced it."

I have a lot of anxiety (that is probably misplaced) when it comes to financing this huge change. 

@Aaron A BittoYou'll need to craft a story (based on facts and data-backed trends, not misplaced optimism) for yourself and it should hold water if you were to talk to external investors, also.

Concrete driveways in my area are typically $7 to $10/sf tops which would be $10k to $15k.I would seriously ask if they misplaced a decimal.What on earth is the quote for the landscaping at $500k?

You can teIl coz they BROKE something.If you don't change locks and something goes missing, MAYBE it was misplaced or there's always that nagging feeling MAYBE it was an old tenant looking to see if their key still works.

I usually hear a lot of misplaced faith that something is bound to come along to change everything.
