Appliances included are a refrigerator, electric stove, above stove microwave, garbage disposal and dish washer.

I'd definitely add a refrigerator and some appliances to that floor: toaster and microwave to make it more accommodating.

Also, I would like to get extra deep cabinets for the areas above the microwave and refrigerator.

Overall, the inspection shows the place is in pretty good shape with mostly cosmetic fixes.The inspector did notice that the microwave installed over the stove/range vents not up into what looks like a vent system above the microwave, but out into the room just above the microwave door.

We decided to add a new stove and a refrigerator and installed a new microwave that hangs on top of the stove.

This doesn't even factor in other things in the house that need to be eventually replaced over time like the HVAC and water heater, flooring (depending on what its made of), and other appliances (oven, microwave, dishwasher).

The attic is quite large with private space and has a kitchenette with mini fridge, microwave, and kitchen sink.
