To pick a location, I understand I want to evaluate median income, a large population of those approaching retirement age, and a decently dense population.

Does anyone know where you could find median income data by area in Portugal?

In my market, median price for SFH is around 270K and median rent is ~1750K.

I was given realistic numbers for ARVs, renovation costs, median rents, etc. 

However, there’s one aspect of the website that’s raising a bit of concern for me.I live in Santa Barbara, CA, and from my experience, the median home price here is generally at least $1.5 million, and in most cases, I rarely see anything priced under $1 million.

The median price in Mooresville is currently $478,000.

The median MF sold for 380K over the last twelve months.  

Certainly not trying to leave my job today, but someday.Current: I am sole income of our house hold.
