@Ericka Grant thank you, exactly what I was looking for...just need to massage that into the FL way of doing things.

I am thinking about doing the same thing in a couple years when I go to physical therapy school!

I have a commercial building that I have a therapy practice out of and before I owned the building I was just one of the renters subletting from the therapist who had the master lease.  

My hospital always has droves of students in professional programs (MD, RN, therapy, pharmacy, etc).  

All you're tenant has to say is that it isn't a pet silly, it's an emotional support/comfort/therapy animal. 

Don't massage the numbers to fit the return you want. 

Some of these will need to be massaged and adapted to be compliant and legal in your area.

This decision again is based on the female as most men don’t take candlelit bubble baths or require a pulsating massage.

Right now, I am going to school for Massage Therapy, but being as that is a very physical job, I would only work about 20 hours a week after I get my license, and I am wanting to do real estate sales on the side.

I spend less time massaging numbers and never borrow money.
