Also, in a mainstream asset class like value-added multifamily, I see no reason to take a risk on a sponsor that doesn't have full real estate cycle experience or that lost anything more than a small amount of money (and prefer no money lost).

Also how about STR for the properties close to the KU medical center?

I have no doubt there will be a mainstream cyber currency one day.

It does work, many people have retired from this method, but it takes 40+ years and its main stream and, in my opinion, what I think is the easy path.

How’s your experience with Realty-Medics?

I have not seen any "main stream" versions of this just back country engineering but it's a solid concept and works well.
