Builders do this a lot to add extra potential sleeping area without having more bedrooms than septic is rated for.I have seen people put beds in the loft after closing or even close in this area to make an unofficial bedroom.Just be clear in your pictures and description and you should be fine either way.

Every home and neighborhood is unique and buyers have a lot to think about!

Odd's would be far mor ein your favor if you just bought lotto tickets. 

"Never" having missed a payment is good, but as you know this can change at any time and 20 or so payments is not a lot to make - especially when they must make them at any cost because they are in the middle of a huge raise.

I understand as someone new to real estate investing there is a lot to learn and even though I have read many books, until I do it myself for a few years, I will be far from an expert.

A lot to think about.

I just don't see you being able to do a whole lot to allow you to sell it quickly outside of lowering your price to something extremely compelling.  

As Tyler points out I have taken on a lot to build 6 cabins in one go. and yes i only think about the sexy part. 

It is surreal to look back and see how far I have come with my "Bigger Pockets degree" I owe a lot to this community.
