That's my biggest concern.But I should also look at the tax and long term benefits.

They also, last minute, changed an 8 bed Fourplex to a 6 bed.

I was last getting terms around 5-6% for the first 5 years, then floating with prime, 20 year term. 

Again, not saying it will be "bad" but certainly nothing like the last 5yrs.
