There is recessed lighting throughout the unit, I am looking to get about 1,600-1,750 for the unit.

Need something else besides lightly managing these 9 doors. 

I think it's great as it includes warranty information for appliances, type of hvac filter, light bulbs and general maintenance etc 

I don't think that happens without one two things; a harsh hit in the economy or a light hit in the economy + 10 year screaming.

STR investors aren't really looked at that favorably in our mountain communities these days, putting it lightly.

You'd ultimately break even just to keep the lights on. 

In one of them, we get a lot of traffic, and the other is very light.
