But as someone who’s been in the trenches of real estate investing for almost 30 years, I continue to see some flaws.Some of the flaws I have witnessed are when tech-driven companies seem to lack backing from experienced underwriters or seasoned real estate professionals.

How keep it legal of course but more importantly how to do if effectively.

With technology and the right culture property management companies can be successful with a mix of local and remote team members. 

And one would have to get with the companies that produce these debt instruments to rewrite them.. most banks use the same providers for their legal docs.
