Depending on the carrier, their underwriting history, and leadership, some carriers (more than others) tend to come and go out of certain markets while other carriers tend to choose a more long-term approach.  

Logos, knowledge leadership, how you market yourself, websites, etc ARE all important.  

This type of leadership creates an unbelievable family I would call it of remarkable action takers. 

Their leadership does not even care to follow up or give a courtesy call.

They might very well be having no problems at all if they had different leadership and mindset over the past 20 years..... 

I also apply the leadership, teamwork, and problem-solving abilities that I developed as a medical specialist, infantryman, and team leader in the U.S.

Go figure with their current political leadership.

Through this I had leadership training and better still real world experience on how to run a team, I feel people under me like working for me and I am very strong at coaching/teaching (forward movement for all).

I brought it up to their leadership team, and I had answers back promptly.
