How many times now have I pointed out in this very thread where you changed a few key words and then formulated an argument against it?

If you read my previous post, I emphasized the importance of showing up for the right keywords.

"If all projections are met" is the critical phrase. 

You like to use keywords to try to have more of an impact but your methods are very see-through.

Set up Keyword alerts, since you're in Houston you can set up an alert for "Houston" or "first property" or even "fireman" to be alerted when someone posts on the forums that may be relevant or interesting to you!
