At the local REALTOR association orientation, the instructor recommended and highly encouraged taking the GRI (Graduate of REALTOR Institute)  designation coursework, stating those that waited until later in their careers to do so regretted it.

I first heard about wealth through real estate from my diving instructor back in the summer of 2017 but I didn't think about it too much until this past January.  

As a Military Mortgage BootCamp Instructor, it makes me angry at the level of incompetence with Loan Officers working with Veterans and not understanding VA lending.That said, yes it's a no brainer to take a slightly higher interest rate and pull cash out, even with closing costs again.

My CRES instructor was adamant that he’d never work for a managing broker who was also closing deals on the side.

The course material was great, the instructors always quickly responded to my emails and phone calls, and the licensing exam prep was full of practice tests that helped me pass the exam first try.

In the course the instructor cited only around 10% and the podcast on BiggerPockets cited 6%.

Unless you want to try to learn specifics about certain topics like distressed sales, etc and get the kind of color you can only get from an experienced instructor, then I would stick with online.

After I get my license I'll make 25K-30K as a flight instructor for about a year.

All classes were recorded and instructors were not allowed to advertise their own programs or do any upselling.
