My plan is to do both buy and holds and some flips to help inject some cash and excitement.   

You inject 35% /cash into the project & the lender will finance 65% LTC, set a maximum purchase price, pick a specific location, and property type. 

(looks up via public records ahead of time so you know the answer; this question usually trips up an imposter reference)I also inject RE lingo into the conversation if I am dubious as to the authenticity of the person. 

Now as a real estate investor you inject yourself into this housing system of supply and demand as being  provider of housing for a price of course. 

The FED has injected so much cash into the economy and that liquidity is sloshing around looking for returns.  

Mudjacking is one thing and Poly Injection is another.

You may not personally benefit such as by drawing income from the rental personally, nor may you inject value into the IRA through the provision of goods or services such as performing work on the property.Basically, you get to be a fund manager and deploy your retirement savings into an asset class you know and understand with these vehicles. 

Money is not best spent on “free, clean injection sites”
