This is common for that build time frame.

It came out to $823 in expenses and in the area Section 8 is paying $11400 to $1600 a unit.

There are a couple of things that I would think about here, the timeframe you want to work with this agent (can be 1 month or 2 months or a longer time), whether you could do it for a specific area/city/town, or you could do it for a couple of properties you see.

I find this option best if you are on a tight time frame and need to save a couple of weeks.  

It simply depends on your time frame, when you want to actually begin renting the property out short term, and what the loan terms are.

Now, we are just waiting it to be delivered on the time frame as they promised.
