I am finishing construction in the Smokys on a 5 bedroom mountain top indoor pool home.

We have noticed that all types of government tenants are more likely to complain about indoor air quality issues, and almost all of the complaints are bogus.

The miasma of your smoking (even outdoors) lingers indoors and sets in for people whose sense of smell isn't trained to ignore the stench.

You buy a indoor camera , use the signal from the cellphone for wifi.

(sport court, lake, indoor golf and some amazing pools).

I have only looked at 2 of mine so far and both are no longer showing my lead picture of the indoor pool.  

Most STR owners joined the game during/since COVID and does not know what normal looks like causing newer owners to panic and drop rates to rock bottom (4 bedrooms with indoor pools during spring break art $229 a night when the Holiday Inn Express is $249 a night).

Mold is everywhere in the environment including indoor.

AKA: YOU HAVE TO MAINTAIN A DAILY PICTORIAL LOG OF THE PREMISES INDOORS & OUTDOORS!

Makes sense to let someone ruin it before getting LVP, unless LVP will get you higher rent now (possible).Carpet is worse for your indoor air quality though, I'd probably get rid of it the next time I was bored...
