It's a lot easier purchasing a site that's ran as a "company" because they have systems in place, they have to, and those can be transferred with staff keeping operations in tact.

Most banks allow you to export the full year of activity to excel.If you are not comfortable using excel - you should reach out to your accountant if he/she has a bookkeeper on staff and how much it would cost them to do your books.It may be cheaper overall for your accountant to do it if you just need the books to be done once a year instead of on a monthly basis.Furthermore, this saves you from having to pay for the software.

Problem was it's a common perk for Chinese restaurants to provide lower paid staff with room and board, and without the upstairs apartment, renting an apartment in nearby towns for staff is a problem with rooming house regulations beside a major expense.

@Marco Teixeira I'm looking into it as well, the main two issues I'm trying to solve are that not only you have to find the property but be conscious about to which city hall that area belongs, that makes a huge difference in time frames if you want to license it as senior living, the other thing is scale, it's more management intensive (staff 24/7, doctor visits, nurses, food, etc...) therefore if you don't have enough beds it might not make sense, you'll end up having to charge too much per person for you just to break even, that being said there is definitely a HUGE demand for it.

I was still confused when I went online to check my history, but in the end, it did go through and Titan's staff was helpful so I'm not blaming Titan for any wrongdoing.So, overall, I like the bank and all of the people I've interacted with so far (except for the one guy who gives the same blanket response of "speak to your attorney or accountant" no matter what I ask...
