Well, since this thread is ice cold and perhaps everyone here is not aware of other conferences, here's a few on my radar.

These guys always struck me as pretty conservative and never posting pics of their lambo or jet or bragging about 1000s of units etc etc..

Subot is not just different; it's exceptional.The first thing that struck me upon joining Subot was the extraordinary sense of community.

From a rate perspective, likely is not close to making sense at the moment, would need rates to drop further, however if value has increased and you are looking for cash-out, that motivation (any lower rate as icing on the cake / secondary concern) it could make sense to look into

The key is finding something that works today, and the potential tailwinds in the future are icing on the cake. 

One of my cabin's is up on a knob off a mountain in the Smokies so different environment than you but the issues are probably the same and they all revolve around winter, albeit I am guessing yours will be much worse than ours.Mild scenario is where guest are at the cabin and a snow/ice storm hits while they are at the cabin.
