@Sofia De Santos Tavarez if you haven't already, have the property professionally inspected.This should catch MOST of the structural, health & code issues - but not all.

While it may possible in older homes, water damage is still a concern and raises health concerns. 

Selling the property has also crossed my mind, but I'm mindful of the tenant's situation.I plan to raise the rent again by 15% in May when the lease renews, but I'm unsure if that's the best course of action.So here's my dilemma:1.

@Ryan Duphorn  a  5 /2  and 1920 square feet IMHO isn't a good health care traveler accommodation unless you are in a area with a shortage of housing.
