I ended up going with a family recommendation and couldn't be happier. 

Switching from window units to central HVAC can bring some good things, like the chance to charge higher rents, attract more tenants, make tenants happier, and increase your property's overall value.

All three properties did very well financially.I’m now retired and in all honesty we could not be happier.  

As much as like good investments and diversification from only stock, bond investing I know I would be happier without this property.  

It probably takes me an extra 20 minutes each month but I figure if it keeps the tenants happier then I’m for it.

They are fantastic.I recently did a 16 unit this way and we couldn't be happier with the results less than 60 days in.
