We settled on the notices and I’ll manage any hangovers.

not sure i follow U but there is no hangover inventory that all of a sudden needs to be discounted to move off hte books that ship sailed long ago.maybe some markets that dont have a lot of activity but in most markets new builds sell before htey are done

Gotta know your state law:"Under Texas law, even if your neighbor has the right to allow his tree limbs to hang over your property, you have the right to trim the leaves, and even cut the branches, if they pose a danger to your property or block your sunlight."

In this county, there is a huge backlog for evictions due to Covid hangover so if I get entangled in the legal process I might be out by 30k+ in arrears and costs.

Our next meetup is on 12/15 at the Hangover Pub and we always have a ton of investors show up.

Cool,  yeah the meet up is occurring on the 4th Wednesday every month at Hangover pub so you can stop on by another event. 

The family has been great to work with the past 4 years and they’ll get caught back up.Side note: He stated that he’s had worse hangovers and we’re thankful it wasn’t a serious case.
