Hey Joseph, this is a tall order.The folks that have these contacts (like myself) guard them pretty heavily and also keep their contractors busy.It's not a selfish thing, it's just business.

As well as the multilevel parking garage with two different drivers driving past the cable guard, one car hung on and was rescued and a few weeks later the second car actually fell 4 floors.

I was really caught off guard and told her that since the sale was complete, the contents were mine upon settlement.

There are companies that make additional guards for the machines as well.My Laundromats are all coin and I'm converting some machines to Quarter/$1 Coin/$1 Token.

A full-time security guard might help eliminate this, however, for a property of this size, that is simply cost prohibitive.I’m wondering if the market is just tough for everyone right now, if we’re looking in the wrong places, or if our criteria are too tight for tenants willing to live in this class C- neighborhood.Would love to discuss/brainstorm this in more detail with anyone who has experience filling class C units in this downtown Phoenix market.
