ya i was going to pop on to that one  1099 c debt forgiveness.. but i think you have to send that to offset.that was a deep dark part of my past so i forgot how my controller handled those i just remember getting the nasty grams when our borrowers were hit with it.but i am thinking it allowed us to take the write off

I just adjusted the strength depending on the level of grime I was cleaning. http://www.clean-rite.com/purplepower_industrial_strength_cleaner_degreaser.htmlFor the tile I would consider ripping it out and replacing, or at least removing the grout and regrouting.
