Housing supply is the other function, and my view as rates increase so does inventory in markets that are coming up to pre-pandemic levels and the inverse in the one's that are decreasing. 

I don't mean to discredit them, I am genuinely curious as to their roles/function/incentives.

This will enable me to double NW every 7-8 years which is very attainable and realistic.The next logical plan going forward would be funding overfunded whole life policies and expand to lifestyle/investment properties overseas which serve many functions at once.

We get inquiries all of the time on Airbnb/VRBO/etc for large group functions at our properties, even if we say in the listing it is not allowed. 

This is more of a function of the asset purchased (class A multifamily is 60%/70% of the offerings) then the DST structure.  

Cash flow is a function of LTV, so this is where it gets murky.  

I’m actively analyzing the demographics and rental trends in the area to ensure these upgrades aren’t just attractive but also functional and desirable.

What special purpose equipment do you have for an ADU/Office that required unique wiring for it to function? 

I have even had to remove the skeletal remains of disconnected K&T that was totally cut and not in use due to my insurance company wanting all existing components whether functional or disconnected to be removed.
