We love fresh introductions.. how would you describe your perfect investment property?

So we're wondering if we'd get more by selling when they look great/fresh?

Than did all the red-tape fun to get things set, and completed soil corrections. 

The fresh perspective from someone outside of my network is crucial, that way my expectations can be closer to reality if I decide to reach out to new contacts for this opportunity.

Needless to say this is no fun.

Really fun activity but also requires alot of energy and meditation to determine the right kind of structure to grace the land and also frame the view of the soft prairie slopes.So I travelled to Sedona I didn't buy property there I wish I had that kind of wealth haha.
