These properties or parcels of land just kind of get tossed to the side to be forgotten.

Even though you might take a home equity loan it will be forgotten and your first deal might be profitable.

I don't think you have to worry, and if they hang up, you move on to the next, or write them a letter (most likely they have forgotten that it was you they hung up on anyway). :-)

The company is currently using are less than professional, they seemed to have forgotten to collect debt on one of my units last month.

QB is easy to set up and used well you would only have to look at receipts and banks statements once for the month they are in and then they can be filed and forgotten.
