Money is more liquid than probably any other time in US history and rates are going to fall further to head off a possible recession due to the "flu".

The conditions and concerns are different now...GDP is expected to be in recession territory for Q1 and Q2 2020 due to supply chain disruption, decline in exports, travel restrictions, and reduced consumer spending all from the virus.

All bets of what was hot and what was not should be off the table and reviewed to see how the virus impacts each market.

At best they prevent an infected person from spewing the virus out when they cough/sneeze etc..... but the virus can penetrate the mask the other way pretty easy....

I was planning on taking my wife on a trip to San Diego for the weekend but have decided to postpone that trip because of Corona Virus.

My question is for AirBNB owners: have you seen an effect on bookings (or upcoming bookings) due to the current virus scare?
