Rather than pay off your debts, you could take your initial seed money to invest with a rate of return.The big thing right now is just understanding and ensuring your rate of return on any investment you do with the cash on hand is higher than the interest rate of what you are paying off.

My husband, Andres and I are prepping our "seed" to be able to buy our first home next year, a multifamily.

I will probably keep working for another year or two to get the seed money(and financing options, as necessary) to fund my next few projects.  

We haven't heard back from them after we planted the seed to negotiate a lease break 5 days ago.

I was recently at a meeting where the speaker stated that many investors made their seed money in other ventures such as owning restaurants, a professional career such as CPA, etc.

Essentially I'm trying to save to buy the first place and then use the investment to seed the other purchases.

Third, is the carrying cost and payoff of any loans needed (if any) for the investment.Module #2:  Develop, using the freed up funds not used on Module #1 from the NLD, as "seed money" in an investment system of repeatable profits (i.e...flips).  

Has anyone ever used Seed Capitol to finance a deal?

Just remember, never use your seed money to buy the rentals...only the profit.
