Just shop around online, look for properties similar to yours, add them to favorites and watch them to see how long it takes for them to rent.

I used to use the LYBYE.  Now I'm on the Panda Planner and actually like it better.  Any BP members us paper planners?

My favorite C/C+neighborhoods to invest in are Linden, Whitehall, Franklinton, Driving Park, and Eastmoor, to name a few. 

The government and HOA's favoritism toward big companies like Sonder.People will keep say the issue is saturation.

Other than that one, FCI is actually my favorite--and I have used 5 over the last few years.
