I am just looking at numbers provided by Zillow.I agree that the cost for most items such as a Roof, HVAC, Piping will be similar between a cheap home and an expensive home.

So if it can do that, shouldn't it be able to be pointed to any website of your choice, search through groups/posts/etc and communicate with anyone who displays some kind of "intent" to sell, and if no intent is found, it could generate "curiousity" and help develop some curiousity from anyone in the group, and it could do this, until all possible efforts have been exhausted over time.

These have two very different next steps.If it is a condo, you need to check your condo docs and see where the unit ends and what is common area. if its a leak in a pipe in a wall that is typically common owner and the condo association should take care of it.
