@Mike Nas, Informal is a tough characterization. 

If they are at NAS Penscola for flight school, and they get orders to Whiting Field (roughly 45 minutes north), that does not entitle them to break the lease on the Pensacola place they are renting.

There's 29 palms, NAS China Lake and Edwards AFB.
