Besides the price point, there would certainly be a time savings aspect too (and we all know time is money).  

What I love about Baselane is that it was built BY real estate investors FOR real estate investors so it's really dialed in to what you're going to need in order to prepare your taxes, keep your books up to date and the more operational aspects of being an REI like tenant vetting and processing rent payments.

Also make sure to consider all the aspects you can including the tax differences. 

You make the payments to the lender.Oh, and just in case, there are more items to know about when considering a "sub to" transaction but this is just a comment on the payment aspect. 

Does that operational aspect have to devour all cash-flow, no not necessarily but it could, all depending on situation specifics right. 

Your contractor team is arguably one of the more challenging aspects of the pipeline.

Yes well defined rule are very important and help but these are humans were talking about so you have to go deeper then that and consider that human aspect for community/shared spaces. 

The re-leverage aspect is now at my opportunity.

Besides putting together the best SOW using accurate/actual quotes as @Peter Mckernan and @Alan Asriants commented above, another key aspect is tracking expenses (bookkeeping) and monitoring the budget throughout the project.
