Have you run to ground all the more common issues?

I cant speak for every deal they have ever done, but I will say that any deals That I was involved in with safeguard and there was any issue whatsoever they jumped in and worked diligently to solve the issue as if it was there own money. 

Take the emotion out of it, and just base the two applications off of facts and your requirements. 

So what exactly is your issue here?

My tenant had an issue with the 1-year old dryer working.

Every deal has a challenge—whether it’s a seller with an unclear title, a property with zoning issues, or just finding the right buyer who actually sees the value.I’ve been navigating all of this while working on land and mobile home deals, and honestly, the problem-solving side of it is what keeps me hooked.

However, I did take issue with the tone of the message, especially the part where they told me how they’d be paying rent.For context, there are no outstanding maintenance or repair issues, so I’m unsure what the tenant is referring to. 

Issues keep coming up and the students asked MF Capital to help with the $50k extra the lender is requiring.

Maybe call those owners and see if they've had any issues?
