I know about PBS -- in fact, I watch PBS for scientific documentaries, college telecourses, cultural programs, etc.-- and it is member supported.

The Documentary Transfer Tax (DTT) should be zero.

Anyone have suggestions for other books that aren't on Brandon's list or even movies/documentaries that they've found to be helpful?

It's not the purchase contract that is expensive, it's the title insurance and documentary taxes when you buy/sell real estate. 

Not sure where the documentary segment for this ends up if things go really bad, Lifetime, Investigation Discovery, or American Greed.
