Being a part time agent is no longer a viable "side hustle" because it requires a much higher level of skill to get listings than it does to tell your friends "work with me, it's free, sellers pay me"I love it.I think this would disturb mostly California market, the buyer agent is easily making huge $$ selling two million homes and above.

Perhaps that's partly impacted by them wanting to build many at once, rather than than one at a time (as the constant construction would disturb guests).

I told her over and over tenant should not be disturbed unless necessary.

The thing with asbestos is you do not want to disturb it.

People are only paying appraised price for properties so sellers are simply finding someone off market to pay appraisal price and not have to show the properties at open houses and disturb the tenants.

This was because there was such an increase on Airbnbs in neighborhoods  and it was creating disturbances. 

Moreover, our spacious yard, characteristic of our corner property, contributed to minimizing any potential disturbances.

If that tenant confirms what happened with the police coming etc, then I would explain to them that the lease contains clauses prohibiting disturbing other tenants and neighbors etc.
