If i was giving someone 65k I would be on a plane and meeting them in person.Cannot say this about this website, but there are plenty of scams out there to take advantage of those in distress, including syndicators.

@Andy Mirza I agree that there will be vast opportunities for distressed debt in the post-Covid environment, but we won't see those assets probably for another 9 months or more.
