I used the August Yale ones for a bit and they work fairly well sending out automated codes but if the cube ever gets disconnected than it wont send codes.

I've had such bad experiences in the past with dogs in a different fully furnished short term rental where we originally allowed dogs-- swimming in a decorative pond and disconnecting the filter, killing the koi, chewing up a couch and other soft furnishings, scratching a newly installed hardwood door and ruining the finish, digging giant holes in the yard and landscaping.... thousands of dollars of damage, really, in a very short time, which is why I have a strict no pets policy, and am particularly nervous about dogs on the property.

Last year there is one group they hind one dog but that dog bucked so much and Ring recorded it and they used bowl and plate of kids for dog and disconnected Wifi to prevent us know they have dog.

It rings for 31 seconds and disconnects id say about 75% of the time and I double tap each number and still wont get through to the VM box sometimes haha

I have the same set up as you.I think you said you're are not seeing the issue with hospitable...and if you're not seeing the issue with pricelabs, I would make sure all of the settings are accurate on each system, then disconnect your hospitable from airbnb then reconnect it.
