I have more pictures of Christmas decorations  but of course some people book months ago for Christmas and Thanksgiving.Since Pogeon Forge is a huge holiday destination we get a couple Christmas pictures up year round.

The hurricanes certainly didn’t stop Californians and New Yorkers and everybody else in the US from flocking to Florida in droves pre-Covid and during Covid and I think it’s always going to be a popular tourist destination and place for people to want to live.

It only stands to reason that more and more investors jumped into the STR pool in the most popular tourist destination in the world - vacation rentals near Disney and Universal theme parks. 

If you want to keep it, maybe it could be worth retooling on your STR market and marketing (inexpeienve) it for a Corporate Retreat or Small Destination Wedding Venue.

Contemplating buying a place near Destin.

As an active cyclist and triathlete, I am looking at places that are cycling and outdoor sports destinations to cater a rental to athletes.

Like many tourist destinations, Dublin suffers from extremely high rents pricing many local residents out and to try and negate that there are a number of rules placed on short term rentals in the city.

Some attractive destinations there can easily achieve 15% ROI, and average property prices can be as low as 250k so it's an easier entry point.A lot of my friends invested in Bali and had great returns, especially if they've invested before the pandemic boom.

I don't think that's the episode I listened to but you got me to the destination anyway. 

I would be sure to fully decorate it out so it is an actual destination and selling point.
