Almost hit my car! A

Mathematics and statistics point to a 3-5 year old car as the best investment... and yet there will be loads of successful people on here that have a new car.

I am considering putting my 1969 Charger up for trade on the right multi property in my area, I paid 25k for this car a few months ago and now the value has doubled, it's a General Lee, what, if any, taxes would I have to pay if I did a straight trade on a property?

Also in the old days we needed a big luxury type car as you had to haul them around along.. this no longer happens you just meet at the property in your respective cars.. 

I bought a brand new car a year ago and still have 5 years to pay it off.

@Jacob Blakett Here's the thing, if I can't sell a house, a car, a stock, or a cup of coffee for what I paid for it I'm pretty sure I bought above the market value.

Hopefully I'll be able to find some local lenders who are willing to give me a similar loan to mass housing ( Wishful thinking).Thanks for the reply @Michael Caras
