I have a super accurate customer database and I have as many as 8 different phone numbers for many of my customers.

Serving in both Com and Res allows access to both mls databases as well as connections to both worlds!

Does anyone know if there is a way to do more advanced searches using the MD Dept of Assessments database or perhaps through another online service?

Until there's a database that tells us all the good coaches and bad gurus, I can only comment on what I've observed over the last 15 years.

You need the connections or manpower to scour the counties recorders offices for seller carry backs then build a data base of those.. then you have to try to skip trace or other methods to get to the Beneficiary of those notes.

In my opinion, since the breach of the entire SSN database, those methods no longer carry value.

I am scrubbing my database and from just a few years ago I would guess 90% of people who were "interested" in notes 2-3 years ago are no longer interested.

And always start via self effort, you have the words database of knowledge at your finger tips.
