Do any investors or flippers know of any good countertop companies in the Chicago area that sell in bulk for cheap?

Only thing I'm not sure of is the old countertop material, but it does look look in the photo. 

We recently did a cosmetic renovation for a client for about $27k, which didn't include new kitchen cabinets or countertops. 

We added $40K-$50K refinishing the hardwood floors, removing wallpaper, painting walls and updating the kitchen & bathroom with new cabinets, adding granite countertops and creating a BEAUTIFUL dining room off the kitchen that was wasted space as an enclosed porch, and also added french doors leading out to a newly-built pre-finished deck we added so the new owners could enjoy their gorgeous fenced in backyard.

Paint, Windows, Trim, Doors, floor coverings, cabinets and countertops.

I would also opt for a taller faucet set into the edge of the sink rather than the countertop.

Wondering if anyone has a recommendation for a trusted carpenter/handyman/contractor who can install wood butcher block countertops?

I would also leave the cabinets and counters as they are unless is a higher rent area, then you could go with quartz countertops and paint the cabinets to maximize your rent.

I'm in the market rate range - house was built in 2005 so it's good condition, but I don't have upgraded granite countertops,  white cabinets or new LVP flooring.  

I would also recommend going light with your countertops.
