Dental floss, feminine hygiene products, condoms, diapers, cotton swabs, cigarette butts, coffee grounds, cat litter, paper towels, and other kitchen and bathroom items that can clog and potentially damage septic system components if they become trapped.

Of course I am spoofing the monetarist argument because I am a die in the wool Keynesian.

For your sake, I hope you are not giving up large portions of the return and taking all the risk while someone pulled the wool over your eyes and really does not understand this asset class.  

If you go that route do not allow yourself to be a silent partner, or absent partner because you wont learn anything and you are at great risk to get the wool pulled over your eyes.
