Venecia, I totally get it—there's so much content out there that it can feel overwhelming, and taking that first step can be really daunting.What I’d encourage you to do is really sit down and think: what's holding you back?

Listen to his free content, but don't feed the greed.

He's content to just walk away and let the bank have it.

I now completely understand the differences, and while consuming real estate content for the past week on this topic, I have also been leaning towards multifamily and this further cements that.

Like I said before, I have been consuming as much of his content as I can lately (I just started listening about 2 weeks ago) and am thinking of possibly even joining the RAL Room mastermind too. 

It seems most of his current content relates to educating others on how to raise capital as opposed to raising capital for his own projects but I could be wrong.

They also have a TON of amazing educational content which is helpful since I'm working to figure out how to tap into my IRA to purchase more real estate.They’re also great if you’re into diversifying - like with real estate or other alternative investments.
