There are more complicated strategies to maximize larger listings that involve having like multiple listings for same property and do individual room rentals when it is slower and then for larger length stays, larger groups, and more desirable dates you'd book the whole space, but I think its easier to just do two separate.

@Noah Laker Your client should sell the property under her sole ownership without adding the ex-partner to the title, as this could trigger gift tax implications and complicate the process.

Easy to do IMHO.Some folks use a tablet with a service but why complicate things I say.

@Chris Clarkson, having a partner can complicate things for sure if you're not united on direction. 

The more you provide, the more complicated it gets for your cleaner or whoever manages quality review.

Complicated post and I realize this might be more geared to a CPA, but figured I would try here and see if anyone else has come across a similar situation.

I'd say its not as simple as driving around but not as complicated as needing a professional to tell you.
